Refunds & Returns
It is my commitment to provide high quality products, and I want you to love what you receive!
However, if you are somehow dissatisfied with your item, please message me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to work out a solution to your problem.
Items to be returned for refunds must be shipped back within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please understand, that I am not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer after the items have been shipped. (ex. wrong items purchased or wrong shipping address provided)
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds to buyers will be given for unused, unopened items only for the item cost only, and the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs.
Should any damage occur during shipping, please take photos of the damaged object & its packaging & send them to me within 7 days of delivery. I am happy to refund or replace damaged items. However, I cannot guarantee the exact item will be able to be replaced. Fingers crossed this never happens!
Ceramics are fragile, and like many fragile things, may break at some point down the line. Refunds on broken pieces can only be honored within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: As Quiet Lines Design ceramics are handmade slight variations in size, shape, color & glaze effects may be present. Photographs & descriptions are done to represent each item accurately, however if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
